Organise “Chandan Sengupta
Theatre festival” in every alternate year since 1994. 6th
bi-anneal festival held in January 2004. In this festival internationally
acclaimed Theatre personalities like Ratan Thiyam, H. Kanhailal,
Swatilekha Sengupta, Goutam Halder, Naredra Bhuiya, Kumar Roy, (India),
Nasiruddin Yusuf, Sunil Pokhrel (Nepal), have participated in the previos
festivals with their best productions.

“Sangeet Natak Academi”, New Delhi came forward in sponsoring teams.

New Delhi at Agartala in August 2007.
